CityLam – SolarVue High Reflective Laminates (HL)
The CityLam SolarVue High Reflective Laminates (HL) is a high solar control Laminated Safety Glass with a neutral appearance, with the added advantage of having a PVB tinted interlayer giving a range of colours to choose from.
The thin metallic coating of nickel and chromium provides for 55% elimination of solar heat whilst allowing for more than 45% of visible light transmission.
SolarVue is available in two coatings of density: HL – High Light and XHL – Extra High Light and can be laminated as Normal strength (N.S.), High Penetration Resistance (HPR) and High Impact (HI).

It is extremely important to note that the edges of all Solar|Vue heat absorbing glass must be polished to negate and reduce the possibility of thermal stress and fracture. The edges must be free of vented damage.
- These edges are produced by the straight line polishing machine operating at CITY GLASS.
